Learning Development Centre

The Learning Development Centre is a free service for students who wish to improve their academic and English language skills by accessing workshops, individual consultations or self-directed resources.

Library

We have libraries located at both our Sydney CBD and Wollongong campuses with dedicated library staff, many volumes of print and digital collections and dozens of learning spaces and quiet study areas.

Student Central

Our services and support team provide students with academic advice and course assistance at both the Sydney CBD and Wollongong campuses.

Careers Central offers a range of services to support students in their job seeking activities and resources you can access.

Other learning support services

Computer laboratories/Student PCs and printing facilities

At our Sydney CBD Campus we have 2 computer laboratories located on levels 9 and 10. We also have PCs available in our Library located on level 8. A colour printer/scanner/copier is also available for students to use on all three floors, level 8, 9 and 10. Free wifi is available for UOW students whilst on Campus.

Peer Academic Coaches (PACS)

Peer Academic Coaches (PACS) are senior students who have performed well in their studies and are able to assist all students on a range of academic issues, coach students to enhance their study skills, share useful resources and motivate students to succeed at university.
